Straight from the McCarthy Era (late 1940's-50's), on the back of this tan case is stamped "Property of the US Government" & "Top Grain cow hide" and brass accents in the exterior corners.

It can fit a laptop or two and has a handy dandy detachable file folder for your convenience.
